The challenge
Create and launch a new digital service from scratch, combining a human-centered design approach with a lean go-to-market strategy.

The role

  • Planned and executed evaluative and generative research

  • Led a multidisciplinary team (Product manager, developers and marketing -internal and agencies-) through concept creation, testing and iteration of the new offering

  • Created low-fi and high-fi prototypes to test and iterate the new offering

  • Define the tools and processes between design and development teams 

  • Created the UX, UI and visual design of the different touchpoints with the user: app, website, communications and social networks. 

  • Created all the components of the brand: tone of voice, brand identity and style guidelines

  • Created and implemented a coherent digital strategy through the app, website and social networks 

  • Provided mentorship to my design team, pushing the quality of the deliverables and drove us to deliver excellence
