The challenge
Create and launch a new digital service from scratch, combining a human-centered design approach with a lean go-to-market strategy and later integration of the venture with the app of Banco Sabadell.
The role
- Planned and executed evaluative and generative research (qualitative and quantitative) 
- Led a multidisciplinary team (Product owner, developers and marketing -internal and agencies-) through concept creation, AB testing and iteration of the new offering 
- Created low-fi and high-fi prototypes to test and iterate the new product 
- Define the tools and processes between design and development teams 
- Created the UX, UI and visual design of the different touchpoints with the user: app, website, communications and social networks Created all the components of the brand: tone of voice, positioning statement, brand identity and style guidelines. 
- Ensured the Design System was followed by teams and other internal stakeholders (communication, illustrator, customer success, markets teams) and external agencies
