The challenge
Create a payment system that advises its users about how to spend their money both consciously for the planet and more wisely for themselves.

The role
Leading the design team, we created all the storytelling around the Mitto brand, a brand with a clear purpose and a positive impact for the user and the planet. Once defined the brand universe, we developed together with the Product team (Product Manager, Tech Team, Design Team) the Mitto mobile application, available for iOS and Android in React Native technology. Since the MVP was launched, we iterated the product with the business team to adjust it to the market and the needs of the users. Likewise, we repeatedly held research sessions, user tests, and focus groups to confirm and improve our value delivery.
