The challenge
Create and launch a new digital service from scratch, combining a human-centered design approach with a lean go-to-market strategy.
The role
- Planned and executed evaluative and generative research 
- Led a multidisciplinary team (Product manager, developers and marketing -internal and agencies-) through concept creation, testing and iteration of the new offering 
- Created low-fi and high-fi prototypes to test and iterate the new offering 
- Define the tools and processes between design and development teams 
- Created the UX, UI and visual design of the different touchpoints with the user: app & website 
- Created all the components of the brand: tone of voice, brand identity and style guidelines.
