The Challenge

Lean UX and UI iteration of the website and the app to improve customer retention, engagement, conversion and activation.

The role

Planned and executed evaluative and generative research (qualitative and quantitative). Created low-fi and high-fi prototypes to test and iterate the offering. Created the UX, UI of the different touchpoints with the user: app, website and web view. Led a multidisciplinary team (Russian agency): Product owner, UI & UX designers and developers through concept creation and testing.
